One system. One price. The Flyway is €7,000 a month, excluding VAT. Every part of it, from the Flyover to the Nest, sits inside that one monthly price.
Why we publish our price
Most companies will not tell you what their work will cost until you've burned through at least a couple of meetings. That's not discretion, it's a negotiating position, and it wastes everyone's time.
So the price is here, and it is one price. Nothing here is a starting-from figure with a different number waiting behind it.

The first 90 days install the system. From Month 4, we run it and make it smarter. We start measuring in the Flyover, and the Nest builds from Day 1.
What the price includes
Every part of the Flyway sits inside the one monthly price.
The Flyover
Establishes what is true, what matters, and what people and machines currently say about you.
The Formation
Sets the interpretation you intend, the proof it rests on, and what can and cannot be said.
This assumes you have a position. If you do not, or if it is too loose for a machine to resolve, that is separate work and we quote it separately.
The Flock
Turns the position into a plan: what to say, where, by whom, and the proof to earn.
The Migration
Turns the plan into work in the market, and makes sure it earns its place.
The Live SOAP
Reads what people, machines and the business are telling you, and decides what happens next.
The Duck Hunt
Measures whether machines find you, and whether what they say about you is credible.
The Nest
Remembers what the system learns.

VAT and invoicing
All prices exclude VAT. Irish clients are charged VAT at the prevailing Irish rate, currently 23%. VAT-registered clients outside Ireland account for VAT themselves under the reverse charge. The Flyway is invoiced monthly in advance.
What sits outside the price
Design, video, photography, content at volume and other specialist production sit outside the monthly price, and so do website builds, tracking and similar technical work. You choose who does it: your own team, a partner you commission, or a specialist we brief and direct.
Where to start
Every engagement starts with the Flyover, the first month of the Flyway. It establishes what is true and what matters before anything else is built, so everything that follows is built on evidence.
