The Migration: an always-on B2B content programme

The Migration is a monthly B2B content programme covering LinkedIn, blog, email and video. Content is produced against a calendar built on your own content pillars, and every month is shaped by what the previous month's data showed rather than by a plan written once in January. It costs 4,000 to 7,000 euro a month.

What the Migration is

Most B2B content programmes are a calendar someone filled in once and then spent the year defending. Volume goes up, nothing compounds, and by month six the work has drifted away from the strategy that justified it.

The Migration is the opposite arrangement. Content is produced monthly against your own pillars, and each month is shaped by what the previous month actually did. The calendar is a living document rather than a commitment made before anyone had evidence.

It is the Fame half of the Flyway. This is the work that puts you in a buyer's head before they are looking for you.

What gets produced

LinkedIn

The primary channel for most B2B scale-ups, and the one where personal profiles carry further than company pages. Written to be read rather than to fill a slot.

Long-form articles

The pieces that carry an argument, published on your own site so the value accrues to you rather than to a platform.

Email

The one audience nobody can take away from you. Written for people who chose to hear from you rather than for a list you bought.

Video

We set the direction in your Video Style Guide, build the slot in the calendar and oversee the result. The filming and editing is done by your own people or by a production partner we introduce you to.

The monthly calendar

What is going out, where, and why. Built on your content pillars and revised every cycle against what the last one showed.

How the calendar gets built

Your content pillars come from the Flock, and your voice and your claims come from the Formation.

Each month starts with what the last month produced: what got read, what got ignored, what generated conversations, and what the visibility data showed. That evidence sets the next cycle.

Why it compounds

Everything the programme learns goes into the Nest, the institutional memory that sits behind every Wild Ducks engagement. Your market, your buyers, your competitive position, what has worked and what has not.

That is why month six is sharper than month one. We are not starting from a blank page each cycle, and the understanding stays with the relationship rather than in somebody's head. More on the Nest.

Who does the work

Senior people. No juniors learning on your account, and no account manager relaying messages between you and whoever is actually writing.

We use AI for leverage, not substitution. It makes research, analysis and orchestration faster. Strategy, judgement, creativity and accountability stay with senior people. That is how we keep the team senior without carrying the cost structure of a traditional agency.

What it pairs with

The Duck Hunt is the obvious partner. The Migration builds the content and the authority. The Duck Hunt measures whether any of it is showing up when buyers ask AI for recommendations. Run together they are one programme rather than two, which is why they are priced that way.

Most companies arrive here through the Flyover, which establishes what to prioritise before a monthly budget is committed to producing anything.
