The Duck Hunt: monthly AI visibility and GEO tracking for B2B companies
The Duck Hunt is a monthly AI visibility programme, also described as GEO or Generative Engine Optimisation tracking. It runs the questions your buyers actually ask across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, records which companies get named and where you sit, and reports it in a monthly Visibility Scorecard. It costs 2,000 to 3,000 euro a month.
What the Duck Hunt is
Your buyers are not only using Google any more. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini for recommendations in your category, those tools do not return a list of links. They return an answer, naming a handful of companies. If you are not in the answer, you do not exist in that search.
The Duck Hunt is how you find out where you stand, every month. We run the questions your buyers actually ask, record which companies get named, and track what moves.
Know how AI sees you. Then decide what to do about it.
What we measure
Whether you appear at all
For each query, whether your company is named in the answer. This is the number that matters most and it is usually zero at the start.
Who appears instead
Which companies are being recommended in your place, and how consistently. Often it is not the competitors you would expect.
How you are described
When you do appear, the language used about you. Whether it matches your positioning or something you abandoned two years ago.
What sources are cited
Which pages, directories and third-party sites the answer is drawing on. This is usually the most actionable thing in the report.
What changed since last month
Movement against your own baseline, query by query and platform by platform.
Which platforms we cover
Four: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. Those are the ones we run, and that is what the Scorecard reports on.
They are not the whole of AI search and we do not claim otherwise. Assistant coverage is broadening and search engines are building answers into their own results. Where we extend coverage, we will say so rather than quietly change what the number means.
Why the four platforms disagree
They do not share sources, and they do not weight them the same way. The same question asked on all four routinely returns four different shortlists, and asking the same platform twice does not always return the same answer either.
That is not noise to be averaged away. It is the finding. A company can be recommended reliably on one platform and absent from another, and knowing which is which is the difference between a real problem and a phantom one.
What the Visibility Scorecard shows
One document, every month. Your presence across the query set, platform by platform. Who is being named instead. Which sources those answers draw on. What moved since last month, and what did not.
It is written to be read in ten minutes by someone who is not going to run the queries themselves.
What we do not claim
We measure. We do not promise that a given action will put you in an answer.
No one outside these companies has complete visibility into how a particular answer is assembled, and anyone telling you they can guarantee a citation is selling you certainty they do not have. What we can do is establish where you stand, track it honestly month on month, and build the things that evidence suggests can help: clearer positioning, better-structured content, and a stronger presence across the sources AI systems retrieve and cite.
If it moves, you will have the before and after. If it does not, you will know that too.
What it costs

Where you land inside that depends on the size of your query set and how many competitors are tracked. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
What it pairs with
The Duck Hunt tells you where you are invisible. The Migration is what closes the gap, because the content and the positioning are what the answers get built from. Run together, they are the fastest route from a baseline to a change worth reporting.
Most companies arrive here through the Flyover, which includes a first look at your AI visibility before you commit to tracking it monthly.
