How we work
The Flyway: a continuous growth system for B2B scale-ups
The Flyway is the Wild Ducks operating system for B2B growth. It runs as one continuous loop, Call, Tune, Fly and Bank, rather than as a series of projects that reset every quarter. It builds Fame, being first to mind, and Fortune, being first to find, at the same time. Every cycle feeds intelligence into the Nest, so the next one is sharper than the last.
What the Flyway is
Most marketing looks like a project. Brief in, campaign out, repeat. Three months later somebody asks what happened and the answer is a slide.
The Flyway is not that. It is a continuous operating loop, and the four stages run at the same time rather than in sequence. The insight from month one sharpens the content in month three. The visibility data from month four refines the positioning in month six. Nothing resets.
You are not buying a campaign. You are building a system that gets better the longer it runs.
Two outcomes, one system
Fame is being first to mind. When a buyer has a problem you solve, and they will eventually, your name is already in their head. That is positioning that cuts through, content that travels, and a point of view worth remembering.
Fortune is being first to find. When that same buyer starts looking, in Google, in ChatGPT, in Perplexity, you are already there. Visible, prominent, hard to miss.
Most companies build one and neglect the other. They chase Fortune without Fame, spending almost everything on the five per cent of buyers already in market and ignoring the ninety five per cent who are not there yet but will be. The Flyway builds both.
The four stages
01
Call
Find your voice. Build your foundation. Define your market position, your ICP, your brand story, then create the foundational content to carry it.
02
Tune
Make it relevant. Make it personal. Shape the message for every segment, buyer stage and channel. Map the journey and personalise the touchpoints.
03
Fly
Get it everywhere. Get it seen. Distribute across every channel your buyers actually use: LinkedIn, paid social, AI search, email, communities.
How the products fit together
The Flyover
A two-week audit of where you stand on Fame and Fortune. Most engagements start here, because it tells you which of the rest is worth doing. Read more about the Flyover.
The Formation
Positioning and messaging, three to four weeks. Read more about the Formation.
The Flock
The content and creative toolkit: Content Blueprint, Channel Blueprint, Content Pillar Framework, and the visual and video direction that carries them. Read more about the Flock.
The Migration
The always-on content engine. LinkedIn, blog, email and video, produced monthly against your own pillars. Read more about the Migration.
The Duck Hunt
Monthly AI visibility and GEO tracking, with a Visibility Scorecard every month. Read more about the Duck Hunt.
The Wingman
Paid media, where relevant. It turns proven authority and visibility into predictable demand. Read more about the Wingman.
Why it compounds
The Nest is what makes the Flyway different from a retainer. Every engagement builds an institutional knowledge base specific to your market, your buyers and what is actually working, and it stays with the relationship rather than in somebody's head.
That is why month six is sharper than month one. We do not start from scratch each month, and neither do you. More on the Nest.
Where to start
Most companies start with the Flyover, because committing budget before you know which of your two problems is real is how marketing money gets wasted. From there, the Formation settles your position, the Flock builds the toolkit, and the Migration runs it. If measurement is the priority, the Duck Hunt runs from the query set built in your Flyover.
Published ranges are on the pricing page. No lock-in contracts. If it is not working, we will tell you before you have to ask.
Wild Ducks. Never Tame.
